Post BREXIT charges for EU customers.
EU based customers are advised that they may be charged additional tax and customs after buying from our website. Customs / VAT charges and (we hear) a handling fee may be applied in your country before you collect your items, the value of which will depend on your country to and the value of the item. Please, be aware of this potential additional cost before you buy. There is nothing we can do but highlight the matter to you in advance - these charges can be quite high!
Returns of Non-delivered items:
Sometimes the delivery to your residence might not be at a time when you are at home; the carrier should leave you a message about the non-delivery so that you can rearrange. However, we are aware that this does not always happen and your goods couild be returned to us in the UK. If so we will resend to you for one further attempt for delivery. If your item is returned to us again we will need to discuss with you how to ship it to you so that you can guarantee your availability for collection.
